The 89th Attack Squadron, a geographically separated unit (GSU) of the 432nd Wing, discusses reconstitution training at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, Apr. 10, 2023. The 89 ATKS provided combatant commanders with reconnaissance capabilities for time-critical targets, air interdiction, close air support, and strike coordination.
