The 99th Logistics Readiness Squadron Creech Support Center located at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada, is the hub for moving equipment on or off base, as well as the focal point for all personal property moves and other logistical needs.

The LRS team at Creech is dedicated to providing transportation support for the fast-paced remotely piloted aircraft enterprise, maintaining an efficient supply warehouse for maintenance needs, and assisting with transportation management and household good processing for 3,500 personnel assigned to the base.

Aside from simply meeting logistical needs, the transportation management office within the 99th LRS Creech Support Center has found a unique tactic when it comes to customer service.

"Most offices have the jobs split between inbound cargo, outbound cargo, and personal property," said Senior Master Sgt. Samuel Holmes, 99th LRS Creech Support Center flight chief. "Here, these services are combined to make this a one-stop-shop for Creech personnel."

The 99th LRS Creech customer service office also serves as the liaison between the supply and maintenance at Creech, and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, which is the center hub for all supply and maintenance operations.

"We keep track of all the listings, orders, and statistics for past months and can make recommendations for what [customers] might need in the future," said Staff Sgt. Michael Nicholas, 99th LRS assistant NCO in charge of customer service. "Anyone on base who needs to order parts will come to us. [We provide service to] anyone from contractors to the maintenance group and other squadrons."

With parts, equipment, and incoming and outgoing cargo moving at all times, the squadron also employs an equipment accountability management element, which tracks all items, parts, and tools needed to support Creech Air Force Base's various missions, from RPA operations to base defense.

"My job is to track accounts, make sure all assets are accounted for, and to make sure people have everything they need," said Airman 1st Class Lauren Tsosie, 99th LRS Creech equipment accountability element Airman. "We support the people on base as well as downrange. We track everything from communications equipment to military working dogs."

Another responsibility the unit takes on is deploying mobility readiness spare package kits, which are assets the maintenance groups on base and downrange need to be able to fix RPAs.

"It's important to make sure we have these packages ready to go, because at any moment a unit downrange may need us to support them," said Senior Airman Isaac Hooper, 99th LRS Creech MRSP Airman.

Servicing a constant flow of permanent changes of station, supply and demand, and maintenance changes, the 99th LRS Creech customer support office is a one-stop-shop for all. For questions about household goods, call 702-404-0960. For supply related questions, call 702-404-0961.
