NTTR: Training our way to victory
NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. — Red Flag, an air-to-air combat exercise for pilots, and Green Flag, a ground combat training exercise, are two of the largest training operations in the Department of Defense. The NTTR enables training opportunities like these, while also providing a practice home to the U.S. Air Force Aerial Demonstration team and daily flying operations for squadrons based at Nellis.

99 ABW units partner to improve network access for 17K personnel

MQ-1, MQ-9 showcased at Aviation Nation
NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. — Men and women from Creech Air Force Base showcased the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft during Aviation Nation Nov. 12-13, 2016, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Pilots, sensor operators, maintenance and intelligence career fields answered questions about the aircraft and their jobs as part of a static display. The display helped guests attending the airshow better understand the MQ-1 and MQ-9 capabilities and mission.
