482 ATKS Change of Command
Members assigned to the 482nd Attack Squadron render a first salute to the incoming squadron commander during the 482nd ATKS change of command ceremony at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Mar. 28, 2025. Lt. Col. Christopher Lyells is the fifth commander for the 482nd ATKS, which provides 24/7/365 MQ-9 operations globally, providing support in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, as well as providing global attack options for four different combatant commands.
