Tech. Sgt. Evan 432nd Wing/432nd Air Expeditionary Wing, Creech Ceremonial Team (CCT) NCOIC spins a rifle on Feb, 26. 2016. To provide a continuous level of support the CCT is made up 30-35 members who serve on a voluntary basis.
