$1 headset fix improves Predator mission
ALI BASE, Iraq -- An MQ-1B Predator remotely piloted aircraft taxies into a hangar here after a mission Aug. 1. A $1 headset modification made by Staff Sgt. Ray Stetler, NCO in charge of base information and infrastructure for the 407th Expeditionary Communications Squadron at Ali Base, Iraq, allows Predator UAS pilots to use voice over secure internet protocol communications through their headsets.
