Weapons loaders assigned to the 432d Maintenance Group load a GBU-12 Paveway II laser guided munitions on a MQ-9 Reaper while an inspector judges for accuracy and safety during the 432d MXG load crew of the quarter competition at Creech Air Force Base, Nev.
