The Creech Commander's Action Line gives all members of Team Creech direct access to Col. Jim Cluff, 432nd Wing/432nd Air Expeditionary Wing commander. "Airmen and family members alike are highly encouraged to use the new program to express constructive points of view on issues, policies and procedures related to the base," Cluff said. Before submitting action lines, members are encouraged to use the chain of command, first sergeants, or other resources to resolve issues. If you are dissatisfied with the response you receive, or if you are unable to resolve the issue using other methods, the Creech CAL is a helpful tool to use. Action lines will remain completely anonymous, and all action lines will receive a direct reply. Answers to common or recurring action lines will be posted online.
