• Hours: 0800-1600 Mon-Fri
• No more than two customers at a time may enter the facility
• Each customer must answer a short pre-screen questions prior to entering the building, per company policy
• Cleaning materials and disinfectants are available on site, but supplies are limited, and the store is limiting purchases of these items to two per unit

• Pass and Registration Office new office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 0600-1400 until further notice. All DBIDS, RAB’s, and EAL request will be processed on those days. If you have any questions regarding DBIDS, RAB’s, or EAL’s please feel free to contact (702-404-0075). 

Household Good Shipments:

• Due to limited manning, customers are expected to use Defense Personal Property System (DPS) self-counseling option to the maximum extent possible.

Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Shipments / VPCs are postured to:

• Cancel or reschedule a POV turn-in or pick-up appointment at a VPC
• Retrieve a vehicle that was turned in at a VPC for transportation                      
• Remove a vehicle from storage that was turned in at a VPC; and/or
• Answer specific questions about POV transportation or storage under the DoD’s stop shipment guidance
• DOD customers should seek an exception-to-policy prior to dropping off their vehicle at a Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) for shipment. This applies to all shipments to/from all locations worldwide. A copy of the exception-to-policy memo must be provided to the VPC
