Do you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and been exposed to someone who has been recently quarantined for the Coronavirus or has been tested positive for the Coronavirus? If you or a family member believe you might be infected with COVID-19, use one of the following options BEFORE going to the Creech Clinic: the Nellis AFB COVID-19 Hotline, available from 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at (702)-653-CARE, option 9. OR call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Hotline, available 24/7, at 1-800-874-2273, option 1.
Seek medical attention at an ER immediately if you develop any of the following emergency warning signs of COVID-19 or other medical problem: extreme difficulty breathing, bluish lips/face, constant pain/pressure in the chest, severe constant dizziness/lightheadedness, acting confused, difficult to wake up, slurred speech, or new seizure/ongoing seizure, or any other symptom that is severe or concerning.

Please know that your safety is our priority. As such, you may have noticed that the process to enter the clinic has changed. Before entering, you are required to answer a screening questionnaire for COVID-19.
If positive, we will direct you to Nellis for further evaluation.
We are also screening members calling in with cold/flu-like symptoms and will direct you to Nellis for further evaluation if you are positive for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors.
In our continued effort to support social distancing, we are only seeing appointments that directly affect a member's ability to support the mission.
PHAs that expire in March, April, and May are being seen at this time. Flying waiver appointments are also being seen. Sick call continues to be available for flyers from M-F 0730-0830 and 1430-1500. Return to flying status appointments are being performed virtually if deemed appropriate to do so. Please call 404-1142 to schedule an appointment.
All Family Health Clinic appointments have been converted to virtual encounters. Please contact 653-CARE to schedule. If the provider needs to see you in person for your issue they will contact you to schedule the appointment.
Lab results and medication refills can be obtained by going to www.tricareonline.com. Unless you are mission essential personnel, we will be ordering medications to be picked up from the Nellis Satellite Pharmacy. Labs and immunizations will be performed to maintain a member's mission readiness and if deemed necessary by the provider.
With the recent changes in COVID cases, the Creech Dental Clinic has returned to deployment exams and sick call appointments only. Dental personnel will be available in the clinic from 0730-1130 and 1230-1600 M-Th for scheduling appointments or outprocessing members. Please be advised we are scheduling deployment exam appointments on Fridays. To maintain social distancing and minimize patients in the clinic, we will not complete outprocessing appointments on Fridays. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
The automated medication refill phone line is no longer working.
The pharmacy is no longer prescribing ranitidine (zantac) as it was pulled from the US market. If you are currently taking ranitidine please discontinue doing so.
Physical Therapy is seeing acute issues only. You do not need a referral from a provider to schedule an appointment with physical therapy. Please call 404-1142 to schedule an appointment.
Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) services are available in person weekly. Appointments can also be conducted over the phone. Please call 404-1142 to schedule an appointment.
Due to the elevated HPCON and concern for the well-being and safety of our base, the Creech COVID-19 antibody testing has been temporarily put on hold. We apologize for this inconvenience. The Nellis USO antibody testing has been postponed as well.
However, for those who would like to participate sooner you can go to the Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center Laboratory for walk-in testing M-F 730-1630.
Additionally, if you are at the Creech Medical Clinic for a scheduled or routine appointment you can ask our staff at that time for antibody testing. In the meantime, please wash your hands, wear your mask and stay home when sick! We will notify squadron leadership when it is safe to resume mass antibody testing lines.

A: All personnel are strongly encouraged to limit movement off-installation. Civilian personnel are not directed, but are strongly encouraged to follow the recommendations.
A: The Hospital and Pharmacy will continue to support all of our valued patrons with appointments and prescriptions. Prior to the appointment, verify with your provider that the medical appointment is still scheduled. The satellite pharmacy will not have the waiting lobby open and requests that non-urgent prescriptions are filled utilizing the drop box next to the ticketing kiosk for next day pickup.
A: Yes, we will refund childcare fees for services not used.
A: Airmen that need to utilize the vanpool to get to-and-from Creech may continue to do so, but must plan to spread out among other vans/busses offered in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
A: Yes, most support services are already available by telework, offering contact via email or phone. For Creech: please read the Updated Base Facilities & Access email or click the "Creech Support Services Info Sheet" for more information.
A: Please continue to work on your in-processing/out-processing by calling or emailing the locations on your checklist and working with your unit’s CSS.
A: The Employment Assistance Program at the Airman & Family Readiness Center can provide resources, referrals, help with resumes, and other employment assistance.
A: The Airman & Family Readiness Center can provide financial information, resources and referrals, including access to a Personal Financial Counselor as well as emergency assistance through the Air Force Aid Society.
A. DFAC operations and hours at Creech will remain the same. Breakfast: 0530 – 0830, Lunch: 1100-1300, Dinner: 1630-1900, Midnight: Midnight-0300, Grab & Go Available 24/7. However, all meals are packaged to-go and customers must depart the facility after payment. To prevent crowds from gathering, meeting rooms and the dining area are unavailable for seating.
A. Yes, the running track is available for individual use only, no group runs. Social distancing should be maintained. The outdoor equipment is not being maintained or wiped down so it is use at your own risk. Since both Fitness Centers are closed, the locker rooms and restrooms are unavailable.
