<![CDATA[Structural maintainers provide backbone of RPAs ]]> http://www.creech.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123469352 When people have a blemish, they see a dermatologist. When they have a physiological problem, they see an orthopedist. For the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper, aircraft structural maintainers fill both the aesthetic and structural maintenance roles to keep remotely piloted aircraft in check.

Aircraft structural maintenance is part of the fabrication flight here at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. This flight is made up of the non-destructive inspection shop and the metals technology shop which all work together to ensure the life of the RPA enterprise is sustained with aircraft fully capable of mission execution.

The first sergeants at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada, make it their priority to take care of the men and women of the 432nd Wing/432nd Air Expeditionary Wing Hunters and their families, whether it's financially, emotionally, or professionally.

First sergeants across the Air Force provide the commander with a mission-ready enlisted force to execute the unit's mission. They remain vigilant and move to resolve issues, that left unchecked adversely impact the readiness of enlisted members.

<![CDATA[Out of the shadows: ACMS Airmen provide the missing link]]> http://www.creech.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123468875 Preparing to support remotely piloted aircraft operations is no easy task. Still, Airmen assigned to the 432nd Wing/432nd Air Expeditionary Wing recently spent time showing leadership exactly what it takes to provide RPA intellegence, surveillance, and reconnaissance support 24/7, 365 days a year.

Chief Master Sgt. Michael Ditore, 432nd WG/ 432nd AEW command chief, shadowed two Airmen from the 432nd Aircraft Communications Maintenance Squadron February 10, 2016 and learned about how the ACMS provides the link between RPAs and ground support at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada.

<![CDATA[Command Chief select reflects on 26 years of service ]]> http://www.creech.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123468876 Every Airman has a unique start to their Air Force career; for one Airman in particular, transferring from college to college made him realize it was time for a change. It was then his path in the Air Force career began.

After enlisting in July of 1989 from Savannah, Georgia, Chief Master Sgt. John 432nd Maintenance Group chief enlisted manager wanted to attain his education and leave the Air Force. After four years he decided to reenlist for another four and was sure he would pursue a different path out of the Air Force.
